How do we work ?

We design for your satisfaction

Our simple three step process ensures the best service with minimal effort required by our clients.

1. Before your marquee setup

We arrange a free of charge site visit.

This initial meeting will involve one of our team to fully understand your event and requirements so we can recommend accordingly. We will firstly measure your garden, which depending on the size we will give a few recommendations as to how best to maximise the space. We can also discuss how to create different looks and themes to tailor it round your event.

Quotation

Within 3 days you will receive an email with an itemised quote and proposal from what was discussed originally. Terms and conditions of marquee hire will also be supplied.

Accepting quotation

Upon agreeing the quote, we would ask for a deposit to secure the booking.

Duration of setting up marquee

The time to set up a marquee is dependent upon the size, and the agreed requirements for interior décor.

Set up

We aim to set up the marquee at least 1-2 days before your event, allowing you enough time to set up inside the marquee.

Agreed date

We will arrive on the agreed date to remove the marquee.

During your event, should you wish for an ATH Events & Marquee representative to be on site, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
